Estate Sale Management starts with meticulous research to determine thereal value of your personal property. Then we arrange your house to look its best and display your valuables most attractively what a difference that makes in a sale! When the sale is over, one of our buyout crews takes care of everything that hasn't sold- and leaves yourhouse clean and ready to market. Within a week, yu have a complete accounting fo the sale, a casher's check for the goods sold, and the key to give to the realtor.
We know that estate sales sometimes happen under trying circumstances - So we work hard to make your sale a pleasant experience.
With a loyal following of more than 2000 dealers and collectors on our distribution list, we routinely draw large crowds of eager buyers to more than 20 sales a year. We publicize your event with emails, newpaper ads and local street signage. We also track buyers looking for specific items, and contact them directly if your sale is relevant. We work hard to help you realize the greatest return possible.
Our references - individuals, families, realtors, attorneys, trust departments and major organizations - will testify to our integrity.
We believe every client and every buyers deserves the following:
Respect for privacy - we don't use clients' names in sales, and we don't include items that might be personally identifiable.
No previews - we don't invite favorite dealers in the day before the sale. Everyone knows that in an ESM sale, all the "good stuff" will still be there when the sale opens. You benefit because more buyers want to come.
No conflict fo interest in our staff - the folks conducting your sale are not antique dealers. Once again, this helps ensure that every sale is fair and that every buyers has an equal opportunity.
Fair prices - we price items right to start with. Midway through the second day, we mark down 30% across the board. That's it - no negotiations, no last minute giveaways. It's fair for everyone.
